"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"No air conditioning on site in the room, windows barely opened, they did not have enough fans, so were unable to provide any to us, during a heatwave. Room had no mini fridge; no hot water to shower with across multiple rooms as all complained about the same things during time of a wedding event."

"Great location for is, we stayed last year, some of the Pennine equipment is old, both our TV and iron were broken when we arrived, but the staff were very prompt in exchanging both items"

"The property was conveniently located and the paid shuttle to and from the airport frequent. My experience checking in was less than pleasant. The female on duty was quite rude and certainly not inclined to assist when I asked two questions. If she enjoyed her job it certainly wasn’t evident. Perhaps some staff training might be in order."

"The property is very well looked after & staff are fabulous. Ellie in the morning at both breakfasts and our check in & out was great. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We ate both times at the pub, breakfast & dinner, I think the menu is too big which led to some inconsistent dishes being serviced. Breakfast first day had no toast but on the second day had toast. 2 hash browns second day but 1 first day. Little things like this don’t mean much but breakfast is the last...
