"We stayed here for a concert and the location was fantastic. Parking, check in was good, room had great air con, nice bathroom, good breakfast, good price. Staff were also great at managing the crowds and lifts when we all got back. However we didn't have any curtains in our room, just a net. We also found the beds ridiculously hard and the pillows flat. Neither of us could sleep. It's such a shame because everything else was good but when you can't any sleep it ruins the stay!"

"Great hotel overall - nice room, friendly staff, good bed, and shower was too notch. Only small thing was that the building was a bit of a maze trying to find the rooms. I'd happily stay there again when I next come to Birmingham. Highly recommend! "

"Breakfast was absolutely fantastic you won’t be disappointed, the rooms for the most were okay, we had an issue with our room the staff were apologetic and they acted quickly and upgraded our room. For me that’s what top hotels do. My regards to the deputy and his team they were stellar, and hotel always smells amazing, wherever we walk outside the room, and the decor was really nice."

"Good check-in with friendly welcome. Great base especially if visiting the Utilitia Arena. A short 10 mins walk via canal path and you’re there. The 1 bed apartment was perfect for a family of four (2 single beds and 2 single sofa beds) Door separates bedroom to lounge area so ample space for an overnight stay. Small bar area if you want to grab a quick drink. Cannot comment on breakfast as didn’t have it. Would stay again."
