"This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by upgrading our room from a studio to a one-bedroom, which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. When we arrived at the room, it was about 90% ready. "Only a flying visit, I'm afraid, so no chance to sample the wellbeing facilities, but the hotel itself is fantastic. If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. "The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful....
