"I liked your indoor/outdoor pool. however, the bottom of the pool had broken pieces. The sides of the pool needed to be cleaned. I could scrape off the scum with my fingernail. Overall, we would return"

"Everything was fine but the WiFi never worked. Also I really didn’t like the way the TV is set up. They use the Amazon fire stick so everything is streamed in. You couldn’t just go to regular channels like you do cable. Very inconvenient. Other than those, the staff is wonderful and the room itself ..."

Dont waste your time
"Went to check-in. Didn't have my reservations. Waited 50 minutes before the error was rectified. Turned out main office at Kings Plantation never sent my reservation to the resort. The resort had to message someone due to the fact the main office only is open until 5:00. I had reserved a cottage. ..."
