"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! A lot of aspects to love about the place: rooms were spacious and we stayed in one that had a deck which was great to relax and have a drink and look at the sunset, plus a kitchen so we could make breakfast in our room. Beach was 50 feet away with free entry including chairs and towels (get there early if you want one of the chairs under an umbrella-type thing). "Staff was unaccommodating. The Staff acted as though they had better things to do than serive the patrons. Regardless of the request weather it was bottle water for the room, clean towels, or just plain toilet tissue it was at least a three to four hour wait if the request was fulfilled at all. For example requested a chicken club sandwich at midnight and did not receive it till almost 4am and thats after I had to personally come down and find a staff member working the kitchen. "Kunuku was value for money. Breakfast was good stuff, snacks during the day, dinner was good. The place did not feel crowded even during meal times. The pools were excellent. The Waterworld park was fun for the kids. They enjoyed it thoroughly. There was no issue really. The place throughout was clean and staff were always around, cleaning doing walkabouts and always available to help. I enjoyed my stay."

"Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers "
