"Excellent clean hotel"

"Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

"Interior is very tatty and cheaply done. The plug in the bath didn't work all floors were peeling and lifting even in the bathroom and overall everything looked old and grubby. Very pleased we only stayed for one night"

"The biggest bugbear was the remote control in my room. Although the rest of the room was clean, the remote was not. As well as being dusty, the grime between the numbers/keys was disgustingly dirty. I only used the remote twice to switch on and off and washed my hands immediately after."

"Spend 1 night here. Smallish room with a double bed. For me, the rooms are not sound proof. When someone next door was in the bathrooms, you could hear the water running/shower/sink. Also doors banged loudly. Cleanliness not 100%. The remote control was dirty, looks like it is never cleaned with a hygiene wipe. "Mo runs a great serviced accommodation. Immaculate, simple automated check in, well stocked and large kitchen, everything you need for an overnight or longer. Way better than a hotel, and reasonably priced. Shops close by, too."

"Booked a king room executive for £199.00 over 6 months in advance. On check in at 2 pm they told me I had been downgraded to the same room, but one floor lower and the rate had been reduced £20.00. No problem. On arriving at room it had only a double bed. Not happy. Told hotel was sold out. Only solution was to refund my stay and I could go elsewhere. On a night the city is sold out. Deal agent claimed she did not know the hotels in area all sold out. Laughable. Complained to duty...
