"Pitch view room was very impressive and worth the visit. Nicely presented hotel, friendly staff and good selection of drink at the bar. Rooms were nice and clean with good temperature control. "The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Bolton town centre in a quiet location next to a church. The rooms are next to the pub and restaurant, which can be accessed by an entrance out back. If you prefer to come and go without going through the pub, you are given a key to a side entrance. My room was clean and spacious and the bed large and comfy. The bathroom was modern and clean.
