"Really well located on the doorstep of the city. Had a very friendly welcome and staff were accommodating & helpful throughout. The site said it was LGBTQ friendly and it really was as a LGBT couple celebrating a wedding anniversary we felt very comfortable here. Breakfast was really nice & a decent size. The room was a good size, clean and had a nice view of the art gallery. Evening entertainment was lively & enjoyable. Will be staying here again when we next visit York."

"I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. "Spacious with excellent kitchen facilities and extremely close to attractions and amenities. Clean apartment but some more attention to cleaning the shower base recommended. Communication and access instructions are comprehensive, easy to follow and stress free. Parking was provided (& appreciated) and was only 2-3 minute walk away. "This place was great! We were having trouble getting in and our host immediately responded to our call and walked us through the process. Once inside, we found a spotless apartment with super comfortable beds. Showers were great, as was the washer/dryer for our clothes. Having a FREE parking space was really nice, too. The place was really close to all of the main attractions of York, as well. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to see. "

"Stayed for my husbands 30th. They made a cake our of towels for him and we got a box of chocolates in our room. Great for going into York and other places around it. Nice and quiet, really comfy beds. "
