"Large resort located away from the busy part of the town. A little outdated. We stayed on the ground floor near the entrance to the restaurant & elevator, high traffic and noisy. I recommend not choosing the rooms on the ground level. Friendly staff and helpful arranging transportation and siteseeing tours. Decent breakfast selection and restaurant choices."

"The plumbing leaking in the restaurant and on reporting to the front desk was told it’s not their problem. It’s under a different contractor. The apartment given had no Electricity and then changed to another. The outside of apartment going upto the elevator was being painted with smells and debris all over. The plumbing in the bathroom was leaking. Not a good experience."

"This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. I guess I can spend the whole day or even two days wandering around to take photos and to enjoy all the services. The only thing I did not like about it is a lady at the reception who helped us check out. It was kind of rude when she never said full sentences. For example, she would ask me "room?". But it’s the people who made our stay. The team helped us arrange our trips to the Semenggoh orangutans and a wetland cruise, and thought of every detail so that traveling with three generations felt effortless. Breakfast was wonderful — Western and local...

"What I like about the Pullman Miri is the amenities and room condition amy not be lavish but sufficient and comfortable. The hotel is located near shopping centre with supermarket. The hotel is not to far from airport, easy access alot of cab not too expensive."

"We were greeted in a delightful way by Amalina who helped resolve an early mis-communicatiin. Throughout our stay Amalina and Nazifa were so helpful and friendly, over and above the call of duty. Our transport arrangements and trips were co-ordinated efficiently by Ziman who again was quite delightful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious We loved the pool and its surroundings."
