"Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return "

"First of all, the staff were so lovely - the gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, he really brought a smile to my face. He was also the person that bid me farewell as I left and was just as pleasant then, leaving me with a really great impression. The room was small, but very clean and totally perfect for a solo traveller like me. I entered through the carpark/street side of the hotel and was totally oblivious to the view out the front of the hotel until the next morning - what...
