"Loved this place team are welcoming and very friendly. Menu is great so many different choices, I am on a diet and broke it for the delicious dishes. My room had Aircon which was a major bonus as it was 32. I have a bad knee which they accomadated for. Would stay again. Thank you"

"As always Christine was very welcoming and provided an excellent stay.
The room was spacious, warm and amazing - lots of home comforts to make my overnight stay enjoyable.
The bed was comfortable and surroundings very quiet, peaceful, restful.
The food by Jane was extremely tasty as usual, a very good choice and variety.
Thoroughly love staying here and amazing find"

"The staff in all areas from Reception , bar. restaurant and room staff were all fabulous. It is one of the best coaching inns we have stayed in. Location was central for many of the tourist attractions. Would recommend and will be returning."

"A really good back street pub, with a choice of local ales (Bateman's among others) decent music, nice beer garden/courtyard for Spring and Summer months and a generally, good vibe.
The landlady was extremely friendly and accommodating - no problems checking in a little earlier. Parking permit provided too.
Think it was ensuite - large bathroom adjacent to our room.
Easy access when driving into Lincoln, but no more than a 10-15 minute (albeit uphill!) walk to the Cathedral, castle and...
