" Beautiful place"

"We enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Peaks Hotel. Room was very modern and spacious, with 2 double beds, and made the most of the space through being well designed, with ample storage. Hot drinks available in a room near reception. Swimming pool at the hotel across the road was just about big enough for some lengths but very easy to use. Very well located in the centre of Banff with lots of good restaurant options within fairly short walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel and staff were both lovely. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. The room was beautiful and clean as well as the property. We didn't get the chance to experience the pool/ amenities but hope to on our next trip to banff. "

"Loved our stay here. Clean and new! And great attentive staff. There are so many lovely touches from the Rocky Mountain body care, drip coffee and assortment of creamers (including oat milk!) and lovely mugs in the room… to the outdoor hot pools which we enjoyed in the light rain! The only thing I’d note is that with the heater blowing, the air in our room was quite dry. (And I’m used to a dry Calgary climate). Not sure if there is a way to control or add some humidity. That would help!...

"There’s a lot of great things about the Banff Aspen: renovated rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso in the rooms, super close to walk to downtown, hot tub and steam room, great coffee shop in the lobby, and to top it off, the breakfast is really great. There aren’t many hotels where the breakfast has a cheery staff that bring coffee to your table, where there’s fresh jams and butter on the table, and where it’s kept clean and organized in real time. Would absolutely stay here again. "
