"A room door that sticks to shut and squeaks very loudly to open. Walls that are dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother to make the bed, let alone change the sheets. Water pools in one end of the shower. Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces!
Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows.
The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp.
I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change...

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."
