The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"

Went down stairs to ask for another room and was told they were sold out. Was given the option of changing the sheets or getting a refund 😵‍💫 Horrible experience. However receptionist was very helpful and helped us get a refund through Expedia which we appreciated. "

"We stayed at the Residence Inn Corpus Christi for a weekend fishing trip and had a great experience. The hotel was exactly as described and pictured on their website—all the amenities were spot on. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the attendant worked furiously to keep the food and coffee filled. The eating area is a bit on the small side, but the staff handled the crowd well. I did notice the workout facility...
