"This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner...

"Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. "I booked this property because it had a pool, and I had 2 grandchildren. I was told DAILY that the pool would be available, yet it was not. I stayed one week, and the pool was only operational during the last two days. Also, the breakfast was almost nonexistent on several days. Then I can’t even call cause the room phone is broken. They was no toilet tissue and the room seems like mold and mildew. And only one light worked in the room. I refused to stay there with my kids. And yeah no refund. Never again with kids but hey if you want a hotel for a quickie or just to sleep after a night out or traveling at a cheap price then...

"The air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I informed the hotel staff but nothing was done about it , luckily I was only there for 2 nights . Also I didn’t really care for the breakfast."

"The staff were rude. The room was run down. The handle fell of the sink spout, the toilet was leaking, the lamp and desk outlets didn't work because the outlet was not working. The microwave and ice machines were on completely different floors from each other. The microwave area was dirty. I would never stay here again. I actually cancelled a future reservation for another concert."
