"The mattress was Extremely Firm and miserablly Uncomfortable. Nevertheless that had No bearing on anything else. The property was Great. The room itself was Great. The staff was Great. The breakfast was Great. Overall - our stay was Great. But, if we would have had a Pillow-Top Mattress on the bed, that would have made our stay Awesome."

"Staff was completely useless and not willing to help with the issues at hand. They put multiple charges on my room and could not explain them. Also ran the wrong card after “confirming” it was correct when in fact it wasn’t. The morning staff couldn’t explain the charges nor could she see them on her end to match the print out she gave me. The employee also had no clue how to print out the itemized break down of my room and what was charged. Horrible staff that didn’t care and completely...

"The lobby was nice. But the pool was just ok. They should get new lounge chairs , some of them are bent with holes in them. Also there was not enough seating by the pool. The bed in the room wasn’t comfortable. It sunk in , my back was hurting"

"Front desk would issue only one key card; as these often fail, I always request two. Room had no cup of any sort in it; also, no coffee maker. King size bed had only one (very small) pillow on it. Door to room had a nearly 3/4” gap at the top. Toilet was a “power flush” model, which made loud surging noises for several minutes after each flush. No coffee was available in the morning, as lobby attendant informed me that they “had no cups.” Is there a paper / styrofoam cup drought in the...

"We checked into our room and there was no cable to connect the TV for it to work. We asked for another room and that room had no remote. We called the office and they were extremely rude and hung up on us. There was no continental breakfast. We will never stay here again!!"
