The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. "The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance."

"I enjoyed the swimming pool.It was very clean and nice , but they will cut off the door lock before eleven p m exiting , so you can't get out of the swimming pool on time and you cannot get into your room.
