"Clean, helpful friendly staff. Secure free car park behind automatic gates
If you want to discuss anything with staff before arriving I recommend you call and speak with them as the online messaging app did not seem to work.
I could not work out how to turn off the radiator overnight so got a bit overheated.
The en-suite is a shower with a screen and a sink directly in the room, but there were clean shared showers with a lockable door.
One nice surprise was shared kitchen facilities with a...

"Room itself is fine
Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street
No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee
We would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all the amenities you could need in an immaculately clean spacious room with a very comfortable bed.
Check in was super easy and all the staff I came into contact with were incredibly friendly.
I stay in Liverpool on a regular basis and have always assumed this hotel was too far out of the city for me but I was wrong, yes it’s a short walk but really easy to get to the city centre.
I’ll definitely be back."

"Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated.
Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink.
The hotel has a Spa but did not use it.
The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

"This hotel is a little hard to find. Parking is limited. This is an older character property so don’t book if you’re expecting an upper end property. Easy access to downtown Liverpool by bus, the stop is right out the front door. Breakfast was good. Beds are a little soft."
