"Breakfast was amazing. Hot with lots of variety to choose from. The rooms are to a high standard of cleanliness. Very comfy with a choice of pillows. Staff are friendly and always at hand if needed. "

Will definitely stay again as it was so welcoming . George on reception was so helpful too , lovely helpful chap . And the lady we checked in with Sat afternoon was super nice too . "Don't be fooled by the photos that are advertised if such a room exists that looks that good as mine certainly wasn't! The bathroom was absolutely shocking, filthy shower and black mould on tiles and around the shower tray.Thick dust on the skirtings.Taps were very loose and the walls were filthy. The bed itself was clean and comfy and a nice touch leaving 2 bottles of water and 2 cans of pop free of charge. Perfect location for watching the game."

"Straightforward and great value accommodation. Suited the needs of me and my two children for a short visit to Liverpool. The property had everything we needed and the check-in and arrival procedure was clearly explained. The property is a bit away from the city centre, but we knew this at the time of booking and there were different bus options to get to the city centre and plenty of space to park a car if you needed it."
