"Had a very enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The casino was well organized, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of entertainment. "Lovely host, very helpful & pleasant, parking directly outside our room which was a good size & very clean. Lovely surroundings with horses in the stables to say hello to. Great directions for walking to our concert at bp pulse about 15 mins away. The breakfast was very nice & served very quickly. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend."

"Room lovely and clean,bed very comfortable, I'd have liked a top sheet as I found the duvet too warm but no cover, too cold, if I'd been staying longer than just one night I'd have asked and I'm sure I would have been provided with one. Lovely breakfast,choice of cooked or continental. Plenty of tea and coffee provided. The shower was over the bath which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I used the leisure facilities and found it difficult to get into the Jacuzzi, a hand rail...

"The building works currently taking place in the hotel destroyed the experience as was woken up in the early hours of the morning to banging and drilling. No advance warning was given to guests which I thought was incredibly frustrating."

"Checking in we were upgraded to novohotel, so really my review is based on our stay there. Reception staff friendly and helpful, room was large,v clean and v comfortable. Evening meal was in the resteraunt which was v comfortable, staff very professionel,and the food was great, a really good start to our holiday. Thank you . "

"As of June '26, the hotel is very newly refurbished (ongoing in some areas). The room was immaculatly clean and spacious, bedding very comfortable. The hotel is easy walking distance to NEC halls, and not far to the train station and airport, but tucked away so quieter than many other hotels on the campus, which we liked. There were only a few disappointments: on arrival we were told a "plumbing problem" meant our room was unavailable so we were sent to the nearby Ibis hotel for the first night...

"Breakfast was good although kept running out of water, glasses for fruit juice which was watered down. Ran out of grilled tomatoes and didn’t replenish,had to put marmalade in a cereal bowl as there was no other option to transfer it to the table "
