"It’s a 500 year old property so the floors are very uneven and creaky but this just adds to its charm.
The room was lovely, good facilities and breakfast was very good.
The position of the pub is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the river so very easy for the boat to the races or a walk into central Windsor. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Not modern, no aircon but delightful."

"Have stayed at the Inn many times, always enjoy the stay,
In the past we have found the rooms to be very hot overnight, on this occasion the heat was off the scale, so much so we had to sleep with the front door open, they need to install air conditioning, our sleep wasn’t great at all,
The staff are lovely, have always been great to speak to, however on this occasion the guy taking out order at dinner was abrupt and very slightly rude,"

"A good location to explore the area. Bus stop on doorstep for Reading, Henley on Thames.
Breakfast good and reasonably priced as were main meals. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Wonderful old property, we stayed in our first room for 3 days, the room was very clean but the bathroom was very small with an even smaller shower, the sink was in the room, we had booked a deluxe room but wonder if room 2 actually was one? We stayed in Room No 1, which was an indulgence room on our 4th night which was much better for us, larger bed, which didn't squeak, lovely big bathroom with a huge walk in shower. Breakfast was great,but they ran out of vegetarian sausages on our 2nd...
