Great stay!

The manager and staff were amazing and made us feel vey welcome from the get go. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed for breakfast, which wasn't included and again the service was fab and the food was good.

Positive: Just around the corner is a wonderful park with a big lake = a perfect place to stretch someone's legs. The distance to London Heathrow is approxingly 9 miles. Negative: The hotel is situated beside a road with a huge amount of cars passing by - even at night. It's quite noisy.

The room and bathroom were excellent except for the absence of aircon - i threw all the bedclothes on the floor and slept naked. It was unusually hot weather but the busy road also meant that a window couldn't be opened. Food was fine but restaurant service was thin. At the end of the meal I couldnt find anyone to pay and thought I'd settle at checkout. Half an hour later I was knocked up and asked to pay up NOW!

I had a very pleasant relaxing one night stay in clean and tidy accommodation. The staff were very polite, sociable, and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful area of Berkshire. Also convenient location being close to Ascot (horse racing), Sunningdale (golf), airport (Heathrow), and motorway (M3 & M4).

Good location but tired hotel in need of updating. Restaurant closes at 8:30 which is poor for a hotel aimed at those travelling. Bedroom fittings in need of repair, updating and in some areas, cleaning.

Absolutely superb place to stay. I stayed for 3 nights as part of a business trip and was impressed mostly by the staff and service. The room was an excellent size and well appointed with high quality decor and en-suite, and a personalised welcome message. Parking was good although a little tight in places. The only slightly negative point is the road noise from around 6am, being in a main road, and with a room at the front of the property. Otherwise superb and will absolutely stay again in the future.
