"While the overall hotel is nice and it’s great to have so many options for food and drinks, we did not have a clean room and didn’t discover that until we had settled in. A mug had clearly not been washed; there were someone else’s socks in a cubby; the sheets were stained (hopefully not dirty but stained makes you wonder). Amenities are adequate but not great (in particular, the natural shower products smelled awful), and overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on this stay, unfortunately."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for money. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."
