"Clean and cozy"

"Lovely and helpful front staff. Can't beat the location for convenience to the airport - in sight and just a ten minute walk though there is also a free shuttle that runs frequently. Also a convenient bus stop out front for a bus that takes you right into the city for touring (~15 minute bus ride). Had room service from the hotel restaurant - excellent. Very nice hotel worker delivered the food (he had also lived for a while in my own hometown - Boston, MA!)"

"Convenient location on the main street in Burntisland. Around 5-6 minute walk from the train station. The train into the Edinburgh Waverly Station, center Edinburgh, departs every 20-25, minutes and takes around 30 minutes into Edinburgh. My room was large, with a large screen TV, Hot water kettle. No mini fridge. No elevator. My room faced the backyard so it was quiet. The window opened a little to let in fresh air."

"Right next to the airport was a plus for me. The space was open and modern on the first floor, where the reception, bar and restaurant shared the same space. The room could have used a refrigerator, but it was spacious and comfortable."

"Close to airport, has a shuttle. Early breaand shuttles super convenient. Rooms were newly renovated and beautiful. Hallways still had older carpet but clean. Staff super helpful!"

"The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bar was nice and busy. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside with our cocktails. My only negative comment would be the need for a blackout blind. The room didn't get totally dark other than that, I would highly recommend."

"If I could give a minus score I would. It was advertised as a hotel that provided an airport shuttle. They do not. No one at reception and no eating facilities until Dinner! Nothing by the hotel except car lots. Room was worn and carpet and furniture stained. My room was an adjoining room with no sound proofing between. Food and coffee was terrible. Certainly not worth $178 a night! Would not return."

"Chambre charmante et propre. Cuisine très bien équipée et pratique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique un peu à l‘écart du centre-ville très touristique, mais parfaitement desservi avec le tramway. Joli quartier tranquille, pas loin du bord de l‘eau. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter et recommanderons à d‘autres."

"Booked a room with a sofa bed because we were 3 traveller but upon checking in we weren’t given one. When I asked why we didn’t get what we booked I was told cause I didn’t ask for one and that 2 people can share a bed!?! They didn’t offer a room change or and upgrade and when I asked for this I was told no. The carpets throughout the hotel were in terrible condition…very stained and lifting up. It looked like a murder scene. The bathrooms had no vents so the room and the hotel halls were very...

"This hotel is a basic budget hotel with an artsy flair. The rooms had no refrigerators, no in-room safes, no extra blankets, and no tissues! (Just toilet paper.) The shower looked nice, but did not have an actual shower door, so water got EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were scratchy. The artsy touches were nice, but did not make up for a lack of basics. On the plus side, the staff was helpful and the free breakfast had a wide variety of items, plus good...
