"Nice hotel, nice people, terrible smell in the room all night from the drains."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. "

"The external appearance of the property put my husband and me in mind of the "Crossroads Motel", an old TV show which I remember with fondness, but was often subject to ridicule! This should not put guests off as there is a lot of light and space in the building. We opted out of breakfast as we like to explore the local area first thing. However, we did have dinner on the first night and it was lovely and good value for money too. Our waiter Rico was both prodessional and friendly and...

"La camera era molto carina e a parte gli scarichi un po’ lenti non posso dire nulla. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato in centro, proprio vicino al castello, in un bel posto. Peccato che nella nostra area stavano ristrutturando e non era ancora tutto a posto, come le scale e l’ascensore, ma per il resto non posso lamentarmi."

"The air conditioning wouldn’t work in the room and was reported twice and not repaired. A fan was supplied but that just blew the hot air around the room and was very noisy. I understand that problems occur, but this clearly wasn’t working before we were assigned the room. Finally no discount or future credit for the discomfort was offered. The staff were polite but didn’t seem inclined to solve the issue."
