Rooms are very dated and need serious work. In all for the price paid it’s a cheap place to sleep but don’t think k would want to stay for more than 1 night. Breakfast was chaotic.

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson
Room was huge and clean. It was dated and not in the best condition. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the carpet had stains, and there was broken plastic all over the balcony. Still Waters Resort
This was our second year staying here and we still love it. We do plan to return next year but this time, we’ll go later for warmer weather to enjoy all of the amenities.

The property was more tgan we had expected. It is famiky friendly with lots of activities for the kids such as a fun house with an arcade, play area for kids and an indoor swimming pool.
