"The actual flat was quite nice. The communication with the property owner before my stay was very difficult. To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. Fortunately, it was a real place, in the location I needed, and turned out to be very clean and comfortable."

"The Selwyn is a lovely boutique hotel close to everything Richmond has to offer. The staff were attentive, the room was lovely, the proximity to shops, the river, and gardens was excellent. I will stay again next time I’m in Richmond."
