"Good location, close to the metro while being a bit away from the hustle and bustle, offering some peace and quiet at a reasonable price. The staff were super friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were well equipped. "This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!"

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room". Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM. It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Staff were so friendly and helpful in arranging travel for us to get to Wembley stadium as my mum has a walking problem. The room was basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use it as a base again if we were going to watch a concert at the stadium as the experience was so easy over the 2 days and is a great location for any concerts there."
