"The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. Breakfast was awful the meat was cold and hard, juice was very watered down. There was a worker sitting in the area and was talking loud and rude to my children."

"We had a pull out couch in our room that our 2 children were sleeping on and when we asked for pillows we were told they didn’t have any, but the next morning we saw a supply closet open with several pillows inside. We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. Peeling paint in the pool area and the room. The air conditioner in the room kept resetting itself and not cooling the...

"Very modern and clean. Small rooms but everything you need is there. Great showers. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall stay for one night was quite and comfortable!!!"

"Great option when traveling to hershey. our favorite part was how walkable it was to restaurants bars etc. We appreciated the suggestions for dinner from the front desk. The place they recommended was great and in walking distance (Chocolate Ave Grill) Also have to visit First Watch for breakfast in the morning. Overall the hotel was great. it’s rare to have a hot tub and it was very clean. Parking was safe and easy. "

"We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "

"The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put...
