"Professional staff, spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Zero airport noise. While I know there were numerous children in the hotel, I didn't hear them after 8 pm. And they were just well behaved kids playing. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Desk agent was extremely polite and very kind to the children. Will stay again!"

"Historic hotel and near everything you need. Room was in such bad condition the hotel refunded the valet parking and half my stay. Exterior window frame so broken you couldn’t close the window, bed linens made up with badly stained duvet, pen scribbles on the walls, bathroom was dirty with vent so clogged with dirt it didn’t work…left with a written apology from the hotel. At $500+ a night it should have been much nicer…
Staff were lovely and helpful. Zoe’s breakfast was ok.

downside is that too many people at breakfast and not enough seating - was chaotic and this was my 2nd stay here and same issue. Later evening parking not available underground as usually full quickly and parking available in convention center parking lot and no cost. Just make sure you register your car so no surprises. "
