"Anyone I encountered at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. We entered into a clean and tidy room. The walls seem paper thin though and you can hear a lot of what’s going on in the halls (people talking, doors slamming). I don’t believe our mini fridge was working at all during our stay. "We booked a room for the Victoria Day long weekend and overall had a pleasant stay in Ottawa. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable enough for our 2-night stay.
A few things could definitely be improved: the pillows were not very comfortable, the coffee maker didn’t work properly, and the lobby felt a bit dull and uninviting.
That said, we still enjoyed our trip and had a good overall experience."

"It’s a new hotel and everything is very clean and modern. The gym has a peloton, 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a cable machine, dumbbells, mats and yoga balls so we really enjoyed those amenities. There were towels, but there were no wipes or disinfectant to clean off the equipment after use though. The parking was confusing. The front desk gave us a QR code for parking but didn’t explain how to use it properly. We ended up paying twice for parking, $46."
