"This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

"I was shocked when I saw the condition of the building. So much work needed to be done in our bathroom. In the hallways. My boyfriend even noticed that there was no emergency certificate in the elevator. Makes you wonder if they're up to date or up to code. In addition to the poor condition to the building it must not be insulated too well because we could literally hear every step they were taking above us. Even in the middle of the night it was just noisy. I do not recommend this location."

"The Woman Housekeeper with the green 💅, helped me a little more than front desk service, I will say if you are staying more towards the pool area it is far from the lobby I drove to the lobby was quicker , overall I will be staying here again once it’s warmer ! They should also inform their Guests that the phones are unplugged. And should also inform Guests breakfast Hours just incase they might not know but overall 6.5/10 ."

"The room was dirty, ketchup on the blow dryer, the mirrors were cloudy and the doors and door jams were filthy. I could see through the sheets and the blanket was super thin and did not keep me warm on a 5 degree night. There was a huge red stain on the chair. The bed was very uncomfortable, sunk down in the middle. I was up on and off all night and did not sleep well at all. The toilet seat was spongy and sticky. "I had booked a stay online. It took over 15 minutes to get into room as their card machine wouldn't work for incidentals. Additionally, I had three charges that were pending for almost a week, they ended up being resolved but was not a great overall for the stay. Breakfast very basic."

"It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend "
