"Property is starting to show it's age now. Broken fittings and fixtures common in most of the apartments I have stayed in the last 12 months. There also appears to have been several changes in management in this time which meant that the necessary maintenance of fixtures and fittings hasn't been a priority. It's still a very good option compared to staying in a hotel room. Some attention to the details however would make it a better place to stay."

"Location is great. Parking is just up the street. Room was spacious and clean and well equipped. Could use some blackout blinds but other than that it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The first room was good but the tv was not functioning properly. The second room was substandard. Finally the third room was adequate. Not much in the way of kitchen equipment. Quite noisy"

"The room was old needs to be renovated up it was old and the floor had a horrible smell carpet looked dirty and in shower soap still evident no scrubbing soap suds i nearly slipped a few times one water was added balcony's furniture dirty "

"I visited Cosmos Apartments in 2024 and enjoyed it so much I returned on this visit. Another very comfortable stay. Apartment is well equipped and in a great location with the River Cat and bus services nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a local Coles within easy walking distance. Dealing with Reception and Housekeeping is a joy - they are both so very friendly and helpful."
