"Very friendly welcome to the hotel and a bonus to have separate beds for the children. Pub/restaurant was nice and had the added bonus of darts and a pool table."

"A great one night stay! We didn't venture outside of the hotel much but it was really nice having our own external front door. The room was amazing with a lovely bathroom. One thing to note... No radiator in the bathroom, just a heated towel rail. So the bathroom was cold. But plenty of radiators in the rest of the room. We were also lacking a kettle in the room and found the coffee machine a bit of a faff to use. Oh... And the smallest TV in the world. Made watching 1% Club almost impossible 😂...

"Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! "Lovely stay in one of the lodge rooms spacious and modern and very clean and comfy . Service is brilliant staff friendly . The food in the pub is super very tasty and the pies are amazing .very dog friendly love staying here and will be back would absolutely recommend "

"The room looked ok but on closer inspection not so good! Bathroom had mould in the tile grout in the shower and the remaining bathroom was bare plaster. The toilet seat was not attached properly. The bathroom had some sort of sewage maceration system that would go off every hour throughout the night! Nobody knew how the tv worked!! Four remotes for 1 tv!! They then had to go out for batteries as nobody could get it to work! There were thick cobwebs around one of the pictures but the room was...
