"The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Omar at the front desk was extremely nice and pleasant. They had breakfast every morning and was really good. First time at a Hampton Inn and it was great. I will be staying at them every time I travel."

"From start to finish (I can’t believe we made it) this hotel was a mess. I wasn’t arriving to a Hampton Inn expecting luxury, but also not the stay we had either. First, the room we were provided smelled of mold and mildew. We asked for a change of rooms in which they gave us the room directly next door… which also smelled of mildew (these were on the ground floor). We mentioned the problem again & they said we can leave (it’s 1:30am). Eventually we were provided another room & that room smelled...

"Bed looking like they never pulled up the blankets underneath so it looked all bunched up at the foot of the bed under the bedspread, made me question if sheets were changed. No trash bags in any can. Lighted mirror didn’t work. People left door screaming all night til 3am and they did nothing by about it. I have stayed here a few times and each time it’s always something. Staff this time around seemed very cold and robotic. I felt uncomfortable"
