"Excellent location for Clifton high street, right next to the suspension bridge with stunning views. Ask for a room with the reiver view. Dog-friendly and they provide a dog bed, a water bowl and a doggy bag with little treats, a ball and some poo bags for your furry friend. Our dog enjoyed the stay very much!"

"my standard is a Premier Inn, so the question, was it noticeably better than a typical premier inn, came back with a no, about the same, in fact the breakfast wasn't as good, only 1 coffee machine, bedroom ok, but with rock hard mattress (not great for a side sleeper), Room on ground floor onto the street which isn't great, nowhere to hang your towel, door stop missing with the screw hanging out of the bathroom floor to stub your toe on. It wasn't worth the extra money. It was okay, it was nice, it was fine, and better than a travellodge but that's not much of a yardstick. Next time I would go premier inn in bristol and save the cash. "

"Hotel is in an excellent location.It is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and it is within an easy 5 min walk of the hippodrome theatre. A decent size secure carpark is across a small, quiet road from the hotel. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good- plenty of choice and easy to find a table. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a large hotel but only has 2 lifts which state they hold 8 but were full with 5 in. It was a very busy weekend as the Bristol half marathon was on the Sunday but only one of the lifts were working so there were always long waits for the lift. We were on the 3rd floor and due to the hotel’s location could hear music and people until after midnight. The noise wasn’t particularly loud but I could see some guests having an issue with it. "

"It is located in a very nice location. Bus stop right in front of the property. The only draw back that I noticed is that they have a timed limited breakfast unlike a breakfast buffet and the food was not very hot. It was just warm"

"During a 5 night stay twice the cleaning team overlooked cleaning our room. Parking arrangement very good. Overall the cooked breakfast was not hot. The quantity of pre/cooked eggs was excessive for the speed that they were required, and looked unappealing. Perhaps the hotel could consider cooking the eggs to order"
