The bedside lamp was also missing its light bulb so that was unfortunate and about 7 or 8 AM I had called the front desk to ask...

"The front desk person (I believe her name was Heather) was incredibly friendly and helpful! I also really liked the ability to txt the front desk. I was upset with the cleanliness though. There was hair in my shower and on the bathroom floor. It was also pretty dusty in the microwave and fridge area. Overall it was fine but I would note it’s not the cleanest"
