"Convenient location"

"Nice place to stay"

"We had a wonderful two-night stay at this hotel. It's located in the business district rather than the tourist area, which suited us perfectly. The surrounding streets are full of great restaurants and shops, and it's a lovely area for a stroll right from the hotel's door. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was huge, with beautiful hardwood floors. The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and was excellent, with amazing pastries and baked goods, cheese and ham,...

"Excelente ubicación excelente habitación"

"The pictures of the building and room were not accurate. The pictures make the room seem brand new and spotless. The room and building itself are not maintained well. The kitchen was bare bones and everything in it was old and not very clean. The sheets were also not very clean. I felt a little scammed to be honest. Everything was just run down. I had to ask for everything. A hairdryer (the one they gave me had tape holding it together), trash bags, coffee etc. The gym is terrible (dirty with...

"Great location and lovely hotel, especially the common areas."

"To begin at the beginning The hotel was directly next door to building which was being renovated The sound of jack hammers from 9:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday made the room between these hours unusable When approaching the reception staff I was completely dismissed. Expedia’s AI chat bot offered no assistance but to tell me to speak to reception and they had tried to speak to reception but couldn’t get through If a hotel is next door to a building site I think at...

"Good profit vs.cost ratio."
