"Arrived at 2am to be told the room was double booked. They obviously think we are fools as they blamed it on a computer malfunction. I have never heard of a computer booking a hotel room without any human input. We were one of four arrivals who were turned away and sent to alternate accommodation. This, by law, is supposed to be of at least equal or better quality to the originally booked hotel room. We were sent to IBIS which is basically a tiny box room with a bed. "The staff were very welcoming. The bedroom was a great size, the only thing I would say, but that's just my opinion the TV could have been a little bigger, The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt."

"Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!"

"We had the 1 bedroom suite. Fantastic room. Forgot we were in a hotel. Super clean, comfy bed, huge bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Also a further separate toilet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Check in was smooth and quick. Can’t fault our stay at all. Easy access to/from train station and to the terminal. One gripe was we the chrome cast wouldn’t work on the bedroom tv but did not affect our stay one single bit. Will 100% stay here again."
