"The room was clean and a good size. It didn’t feel small. The gym was modest but functional. The downside was the restaurant was closed during the holidays so we had to eat at Parkside instead. That was a very pleasant dining experience so we weren’t disappointed. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Los Gatos was ideal. We walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed it. All in all a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning, especially when the restaurant is open. "

"What an absolute treat!! I booked this hotel because it was close to my friend’s house who I was coming to visit and it’s also advertised as pet friendly. Looking through the photos, I thought it looked nice and I was surprised that each guest room had a patio or balcony. When we arrived, the place was beautifully lit up and we could hear live music playing. Check in was very easy. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute that we spent there. One thing I really appreciate is how they go above and beyond — I’ve arrived as late as 1 a.m., and they’ve called to make sure I was still coming, which shows great customer service.
