"I was expecting quaint boutique but it’s more quaint rundown. The room was very clean but the property definitely needs some work. The staff was nice but they tend to close the front office early. I got there 20 minutes before it was supposed to close but it was locked up. No text had been sent yet where to get my key so it was a little nerve racking but when I called the contact number they answered right away. Again, very clean and comfortable but lots of little fixes needed including the room...

"I was really disappointed with my stay at Hayes Mansion. Based on the property and the price, I expected a much better experience. The biggest issue was the pool area. There were only two lounge chairs available for the entire pool, and once they were occupied, I had no choice but to lay my towels on the ground to relax. I spoke with the front desk twice asking if additional lounge chairs could be brought out. Both times I was told someone would check with engineering and get back to me, but no...

"This hotel was lovely. There was breakfast that was delicious and the rooms were very nice. It was clean and the pool area was very fun. We stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was the perfect set up for our team to hang out and have fun. The staff was fantastic about helping us get a sweater we left behind returned. It was a great stay."

"We arrived late and unfortunately, were not given the balcony room we had reserved. The room we received had an unpleasant odor and was not as clean as expected. There was even feces on the bathroom wall, which was unacceptable. The walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and noise from the surrounding rooms throughout our stay. Overall the cleanliness, condition of the room, and lack of soundproofing made for a disappointing experience. I would not choose to stay here...
