Resort tại Cabo Corrientes

"Rooms were decently kept clean. Really needs more than just bars as well as more variety of beers. Most of the staff were great, a few bad apples which not everyone can be perfect. Food was great, although having to eat outside in all the restaurants and drink outside in the bar areas was difficult due to the heat. You can pay more for club member status and some have indoor areas, but overall most of the hotel is outside and I believe usually facing the sun area which made the temperature...

"Property was old, shower pressure was absolutely horrible and worst of all, the A/C didn't work well and was very HOT in my room. I called to complain about he A/C several times, and they said they were going to send someone from maintenance, and they never did!! VERY FRUSTRATING"

"I love all the open areas to relax and see the sites. The amount of pools. The various room option. Food and bar options. Entertainment. Things that were difficult: navigating the property and sometimes encountering staff that only spoke Spanish (I’m not fluent), there was an obvious leak on the 4th floor of Secrets and mold smell, offer a map or tell guests about the Hyatt international app to try to help get around. Room service was great."
