"STOP TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE TIME SHARES!! We are on vacation and NOT INTERESTED, so please make sure u let them know from the gate. The bed was comfortable. "Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight....
