"The Avon Inn is amazing. It was just like being home. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had dinner there and it was delicious."

"Tub broke in 1st room couldn't shower Second room toilet couldn't flush had two move twice very inconvenient."

"It was hard for not give this hotel anything less than 10/10."

"All was good"

"The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."

"I thought my room was fairly clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There were visible areas around the room that could be touched up with repair and paint to make more appealing, but overall, for the price, it was good. It was not convenient to have to go up the street to another hotel each morning in order to have the breakfast that was included, so not sure what they will do about that in the future. "Need to ask for room on upper floor Good breakfast"

"The room was dirty! The curtains, shower, carpet, silverware."

"Construction was underway, so there wasn't much to enjoy, and there were roaches in the room."

"The staff is excellent. The front desk attendant went above and beyond. Bethany at the bar was friendly and extremely accommodating."

"This is a good middle-of-the-road motel. Not fancy but comfortable and clean. The room was warm and comfortable with room control of the temperature. The king sized bed was comfortable with numerous pillows to choose from. There was also a small sofa and working fridge. Breakfast was included but I could not enjoy it because of my schedule. The...

"It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet."

"Room was what you’d expect for the price. Little run down but clean. Check in was quick and easy. Outside looks kinda sketchy but there were no issues for us. Stayed one night."

"This hotel is beautiful, very well maintain and clean. The staff were all so nice and helpful from the front desk, maintance, housekeeping and the breakfast servers. The breakfast buffet was just amazing every single day with something for everyone. The waffles are just wonderful. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful hospitality."
