"The good: Great welcome by front desk. Good food available. Nicely decorated property. Not so good: Long queue and wait for valet parking. Hair found on makeup face towels (gross), and room not very clean. Limited options for in room coffee (not enough for two people)."

"The parking lot security gate would randomly not open, Forcing me to block the street sidewalk and get out of the car and push a different button to alert the manager of my situation. He was extremely difficult to communicate with due to his heavy accent. I would not recommend staying here!"

"I made the reservation through Expedia for a 2 queen bed room with Bay View. When we checked in, the windows of the room was facing the rooftop and big commercial dumpsters. We were totally shocked. After talking to the front desk, the hotel was able to switch us to another junior suite but still without the bay view, it was facing the rooftop only. I guess the reservation through Expedia was not guaranteed to have the type of room on the reservation."

"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. "The room was a strong musty oder in the room, and the air conditioner made a loud buzzing noise every time it cycled on waking us up each time. The room wasn’t properly cleaned fingerprints everywhere and dirty windows. Thirty dollars to park in an unsupervised parking lot. Never again!"
