"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. "We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few minutes drive was amazing better for surf boards also has a hidden pool in the rocks"
