"The gym, the spa area and the pool were closed during Easter break! We were extreemly disappointed! "

"It was decent for the price with a hot tub and nice pool. There was fresh paint in my room and the interior halls were newly painted. Some things run down. Breakfast was free and decent. Easy to get to my room with elevators to the top floor. Thin walls and could hear neighbors but it did quiet down at 9:00 p.m."

"Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! "

"We had to wait in an hour and a hald line to check in and get a key...there was no online check in (also, there were many elderly waiting in the line and not offered chairs or assistance). Many of the staff areas were understaffed...with many staff working at least 3 jobs (for instance, at the food bar by the pool there was one person taking orders, making cocktails, AND making the food...so we had another hour wasted just trying to get food) and only one staff member was near another busy family pool (who was supposedly watching the waterslide, running the consessions bar, AND they were running the kids activities). All of the staff looked stressed and miserable, understandably given how they were doing the job of two or three people. The room was clean but noisy..all of the floors creeked and all of the doors on the furniture slammed. The 1 bedroom we stayed in that supposedly fit 4 people had a dinky, run down fold out couch (that one kid barely fit on). It seemed a promising place with the amenities and activities BUT it is sorely understaffed and underserviced...except for the sales staff which are always trying to sell time shares/vacations. We won't bother with this place again."

"Toilet seat loose. Shower faucet needs adjustment. Other than the above, staff were friendly. Breakfast- good. Room was ok clean. Could be cleaner as I found dirty corners. Overall stay: good and will stay here again. "

"Amazing view of the beach right across PCH & from the jaccuzi. The room was pretty small but cozy & liked that it had free breakfast."

"What an amazing time! Everything was exceptional. We took full advantage of all the amenities the resort had to offer. The staff at the front desk, all of the food service employees, housekeeping and valet were so professional and accommodating. Food and drinks were were 10/10. Room views were so picturesque. Love love loved our stay and wonderful memories!!! "
