"Check-in was crazy. Only one staff who was about to cry because the key card machine wasn’t working so she had to let us and other guests in manually among other things. She was the only staff working for her first time doing a harder shift as she explained. I felt bad for her but we also had a hard day and just wanted to have a nice relaxing night stay. It wasn’t the case. The pillows were older and not comfortable. The AC was made a loud noise when it came on. We had to pick up a room key in...

"Amenities can be more modern. Very nice place to relax location is great however staff can be more friendly . Only one person from the staff was really nice and accommodating, thank you to Noelle my partner and I end up having a good time. "

"Front desk staff meh...Breakfast staff was great but same old breakfast as every Marriott. Our room was great. It is a very busy spot. Tons of kids, a block from the beach, small roof deck pool and hot tub. "

"Occasional bugs would show up in the unit. No weatherstripping on the bottom of the entrance door so there’s about a quarter inch opening at the bottom so nothing stopping the bugs from outside from coming in. Unit is very basic, bed was comfortable."
