"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

Conveniently located to a vaporetto stop S. Toma and accessing the Piazzale Roma bus terminal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I’m excited to return again!"

"Firstly, I’ve traveled extensively and never complained about a hotel but this have one was really bad. Hotel staff at front desk unwelcoming and rude. Shockingly poor experience compared with all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. Our room smelled oppressively like cologne or chemical scent. Clearly they’re masking other smell. It smelled so bad I got an headache and our clothes smelled for hours after only 30 minutes in the room. Also the Bathroom smelled oppressively heavily of...

"From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we reluctantly left, the staff treated us as if we were in their homes. The door staff was friendly, helful and always available. The breakfast team were incredibly talented. The food, service and serving ware were all perfection. The room was spacious, quiet, very clean and well appoin ted with lovely amenities, linens, towels and products. We will find a reason to return...if there were more than 5 stars to give we would give them!"

"Staff was excellent with helping us obtain transportation to and from the train terminal. They also helped arrange a last minute tour of the glass factory. Cocktails were very nice, not the largest selection, but well made."

"The Papadopoli has a fabulous location. It is near the train station, near the Grand canal (for easy vaporetto access) and near the ATVO bus to the airport. The room was charming with a view of a smaller canal and beautiful buildings across. The facility is well kept, room size was good, and housekeeping was prompt. I had read before visiting that the breakfast was not very value-for-money, but we did end up using a limited breakfast option for $15Euros that allowed us tea/coffee, croissants...

"Great location and a cute little hotel to use as your base for exploring Venice and the surrounding area. Was the second time I've stayed there (20-years after the first time). Staff were friendly, rooms neat and tidy, excellent breakfast and so handy for arrival, departure from the train station and general getting around."

The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."
