"This was a lovely property. Clean room with sufficient space for two light travelers. Breakfast offer a filling variety, just what was needed to start a day of exploration through Venice! Conveniently located to a vaporetto stop S. Toma and accessing the Piazzale Roma bus terminal. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I’m excited to return again!"

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff is super friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Cute little bar with good drinks and attentive bartender. Location is good if you don’t want to haul your suitcases through the city or pay for water taxi and reasonable walking distance from major locations. Beautiful patio/garden in back which we unfortunately could not use as it rained for the two days we were there. Definitely recommend!"

We enjoyed the hustle and bustle of Venice and felt we were in the pulse of the city. We loved waking to the sounds of the city coming alive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. "The Papadopoli is an excellent hotel! Location is excellent being within walking distance to the train station. It has a very luxurious feel. All the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful. Several great restaurants and shops are very close-by. "I really don't understand the positive reviews. The Alloggi Olimpia is "part of" the Hotel Olimpia but really not. There is no lift to room. Once you take the hotel olimpia elevator you have to go down weird back stairs and hallways that stench of trash. It was so bad I felt sick to my stomach walking to and from the room.
