"Cute room with nice location. Small room that overlocked a narrow street but I know that and was happy to have a clean place with breakfast provided. Very helpful staff. Note that the marketing represents the property is air conditioned, but in fact they turn off the air conditioners during the winter season. I was informed I could open the window for the cooler air. "Tutto al Top! Posizione perfetta per andare a piedi ovunque. Negozi, ristoranti, tutto quello che serve in zona. Camera molto ben curata in ogni dettaglio. "The apartment was perfect for what we needed - great location a couple of minutes from Academia bridge, clean and nicely appointed. Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. The support we got from administration before out trip was excellent and the staff at the sister Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful."

"One of the front office staff was condescending when confronted with snacks not being eaten. To be clear my daughter loves eating Pringle’s which the hotel offer a “copy” and she wanted originals which we got off a store in the streets. I understand maybe the staff confuse them with their “copy” of Pringles. We still payed for them, but we did not consume them."
