"The hotel was under construction so it was quite noisy and there wasn’t any pool or gym available. I was a bit shocked since we booked a few months ahead. The bathroom was ok but the shower a bit dirty on the walls (fungus). Other than that it was ok. "

"Beautiful historic building but the wall in my room(536) is thin and could I hear everything the neighbours said. Fortunately mine were fairly quiet but if you had people who engaged in “late night activities” it could be bad. Also the bathroom had a slight sewer smell."

"The hot tub and pool were not available for our trip due to maintenance. Room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly, definitely be returning to this establishment. "

"The hotel is very nice and will return sometime. My only problem was the cleaning staff missed an area in the bathroom, and when the desk was notified it was immediately resolved. They also gave me a different room, because the mattress was too soft for me and I was grateful for that. No one is perfect, and for various reasons things can and do get overlooked sometimes. I have no problem with the Sandman,they were kind and made right all discrepancies "
